Welcome to Automate Forms (automateforms.ai). By accessing our services, creating workspaces, or embedding forms, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service. Please review them carefully.

1. Workspace Accounts

You must provide accurate credentials when creating account workspaces. You remain responsible for safeguarding keys and managing user roles inside your organizations.

2. Credit Wallet & Action Consumption

Subscription plans contain monthly allocated automated action credits. Action credits are consumed when submissions trigger integrations. Unused monthly package credits expire at the end of the billing cycle, while purchased wallet top-ups remain active.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to deploy forms that mimic financial portals for phishing purposes, host malware files, gather unauthorized personal health details without encryption, or spam users via SMS/WhatsApp channels.
